Chase called me saying because of my mortgage is with them so I got my checking free, I though Chase has personal bill pay, so it is a good idea to have an account.
So I went in to Sawmill branch to open a checking and saving account.
After several months, they called me saying I need to come in since I got a service charge. So I was wondering what's going on. Then I called and found out the lady who said I can have a checking free was wrong. I have to have direct deposit to qualify that. Then I asked them to refund charges ($25) and close the checking account. Then I found out they did not refund the charge(They did close the account). So I lost $25 out of no reason. Then I realized I might have been charged of the saving account that I also opened; Then I called again, so the branch manager promised to fix that also. But since my checking was closed, she had no way to refund. In the mean time my saving account will also be charged, so she closed my saving, then she has to re-open in order to put checking refund back. Then when she reopen, my saving account will get charged....etc.
Wasted so much time all because their bank lady messed up.
