Super energy during fasting for 2 days
1st day (Monday)
Not hungry at all.
Tue (2nd day)
Not hungry at all.
12 PM take a nap for 30 minutes.
Feel alert all afternoon
Exercise one hour
Worked whole night till 11 PM, not tired, not falling asleep.
11 PM goes to bed, woke up at 3:50 AM.
Wed
In the morning drink vegetable juice and one banana and yogurt.
