You have to cancel in person or by certified mail.
This is ridiculous.
I sent in certified mail, and guess what, they had no one to receive the certified mail. I was reminded by God (I am a Christian, sometimes the Spirit of God remind me to do certain things) to check it. I am glad that I did. July 14 the certified mail got to their site. Then I called the post office to check if I send in the wrong address. Everything was correct. I called around 7/24 to tell them what is happening. The manager refused to cancel my account and said call me back on Monday and never did. And I posted on their Facebook site And their Facebook site they responded saying send in email which they never responded either. I called on 7/29 and finally the lady answered said she cancelled my account.
